My cousin in Melbourne

Two exams down, and one to go. I’ve had over a week off already since my last exams, and there’s still another week (almost) until me next and final one! Talk about a long break.

Anyway, to lighten up the days between exams (where I feel I should be studying, but… because there’s so much time between exams, I can’t justify full-on study days), I got to catch up with my cousin from Queensland, who was visiting our fine city of Melbourne (a welcome change from the blazing heat and constantly beautiful weather of Queensland, I’m sure).

Just a few photos - nothing too amazing, since all we did was go out to dinner and a movie! (by the way, Mr. and Mrs. Smith ROCKS!).

Links and stuff

Firstly, let me tell you about a little web site I’ve started using called del.icio.us (yes, it’s delicious….). It’s called a “social bookmarks manager”. Basically, people post interesting links they’ve found, and anyone can view them, seach them, see how popular they are, and more! On my site, now, I’ve added a section to the sidebar my most recent del.icio.us links! (thanks to Eric Anderson).

On top of that - my most recent find? gprime.net. I have yet to check out the rest of the site, but I’m currently checking out their video collection, and some of my favorites are:

Anyway, check the site out, and check out my favorite links at http://del.icio.us/sobriquet

Oh, and by the way, if you notice these little icons appearing next to words in my posts on the site - try clicking on them. They’ll take you to my del.icio.us links related to that word! Check it out with these words: video, web, random, wordpress.

Coppermine Plugin

I’ve had a request for the modified code for the WordPress Coppermine Plugin, originally written by Texx. It’s just a rough hack, but I thought I’d make my code available:

Please see the file: WordPress Coppermine Plugin.

Update: Future work and details about this plugin will be located on the WP Coppermine Plugin Project page.
