Pah! I don't really follow that scoring nonsense.
And the comment about parallel to the ground is ridiculous.
If they mean the lean on the tower, I wouldn't have it lean any other way.
I agree that less exposure mayu have added some more drama to the pic and perhaps highlighted the advertising on the building a bit more...
